For applicants without access to NCLI alumni, the application process and what comes after may seem daunting at times. In order to alleviate some of that discomfort and provide support, the Cohort 14 Diversity Working Group has initiated an applicant mentoring program. This program will pair applicants with alumni who have volunteered their time to help navigate the application process and clarify expectations on what it means to be a fellow of the NCLI.
